Before All Forward
Roseanne is a gifted connector of people, organizations, ideas and resources. She uses this talent to uncover, nurture and share impactful experiences with others. During her early career as a social worker and many years with Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU), Roseanne connected people and organizations with resources to motivate them to forge and follow their own paths.

A life-long travel enthusiast and outdoor adventurer, she has numerous achievements to her credit.
Roseanne thrives on introducing people to outdoor activities that can impact all aspects of their lives. She believes the feeling of accomplishment from reaching the end of a path or the top of a mountain is only part of the journey. The real value lies in how you experience a destination: the people you meet, the meals you share, the skills you gain, the lessons you learn and the nature you experience.

In December 2023, Roseanne embarked on an extraordinary journey through the Khumbu Region of Nepal, completing the Three Passes Trek. Sharing Her Passion
Born, raised and residing in Northeast Ohio, Roseanne is an ardent fan of the area. She often takes to the trails in her hometown, including cycling multiple century rides on the towpath. Roseanne and her husband are the proud parents of four sons who share her love of outdoor adventure .
