How All Forward Experiences Work
All Forward tailors multi-activity experiences based on six pillars that reawaken the senses and motivate people to move forward.
What are the six pillars?
MOVE to give the body and mind an opportunity to REST, reflect and recharge. LEARN new tangible and intangible skills that GROW the ability to contribute and collaborate. FUEL oneself to enable GIVING that moves the individual, the organization and the community forward.
Participants get moving via hiking, cycling, kayaking, canoeing, snow-shoeing, paddle boarding and yoga. We also visit destinations via rail.
In addition to acquiring new skills, participants gain knowledge and preserve local history, environment (Leave Not Trace) and the arts.
We feed people’s minds, souls and bodies with farm-to-table fare raised from the area’s rich landscape of farms, markets, and restaurants.
From camping to historic inns, participants recharge in unique environments that contribute to the overall experience and encourage reflection.
Programming in well-being, leadership development, team building and engagement helps participants organically build resiliency and collaboration.
Interactions with small businesses and nonprofits provide a broader view of the region, spotlight important issues and instill the spirit of how to make a lasting impact on people, community and environment.
All Forward experiences enable people to:
Be outside. Move physically. Try something new. Experience benefits of well-being, leadership and/or team building with their groups. Impact the community.
Programming can range from simple prompts and reflection to more formal structured activities.
